Role Overview
The role coordinates service and installation activity for a manufacturing and engineering services group.
The successful candidate will work from the company's Sheffield facility and coordinate activity for UK-wide customers.
Industry experience is not required because training and development are provided.
Compensation
- Salary is £30,000 to £35,000 per year, plus bonus, training, and benefits.
Schedule
- Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30.
- One Saturday per month is scheduled from 09:00 to 13:00.
Responsibilities
- Create service plans and contracts for existing and new customers.
- Schedule service and installation engineers across the Midlands.
- Manage incoming service, maintenance, and warranty enquiries.
- Ensure issues and maintenance are handled in a timely manner.
- Work with service and sales managers on customer service planning.
