Position Summary
Manage guest requests, questions, and concerns through telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication channels.
Coordinate with hotel departments and follow up to ensure guest issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Provide information and service support throughout the resort guest experience.
Guest Communications
- Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, connect calls, and relay messages accurately.
- Log requests and issues in the computer system and contact departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping.
- Provide information about rooms, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
- Process room service orders and record transactions in the point-of-sale system when applicable.
- Assist guests with internet access and guestroom entertainment.
Service Standards
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs.
- Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Use clear, professional language and appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
