Service Engineer / Technician – CNC Cutting Machines

ARSA Welding is seeking a technically competent and driven Service Engineer / Technician to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and service ESAB CNC cutting machines across the UAE and regional market.

This role is ideal for candidates with practical field service experience who are eager to further develop their expertise through advanced manufacturer training.

Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of ESAB CNC cutting machines

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, software, and operational faults

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for machine breakdowns

Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare service reports, maintenance documentation, and technical assessments

Support spare parts identification and service recommendations

Ensure high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in CNC cutting machinery, welding automation, or industrial machinery servicing

Technical diploma / degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field preferred

Strong troubleshooting capability in CNC systems, controls, and machine operations

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and machine documentation

Self-motivated, organized, and service-oriented

Flexibility for field service travel across UAE and region

Experience with plasma, oxy-fuel, or automated cutting systems

Knowledge of ESAB systems is an advantage (training will be provided)

Customer-facing technical support experience

Strong communication and reporting skills
