Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Dubai.
The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, performing field service visits, troubleshooting, conducting maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently.
The role involves interacting professionally with clients to address their technical needs and provide solutions for maintaining dental equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience servicing dental or medical equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, especially with:
• Intraoral Scanners (e.g., 3Shape TRIOS)
- Dental 3D Printers & post-processing units (e.g., Phrozen)
- Dental CAD/CAM milling machines
- Portable/Wall-mounted X-Ray units, digital sensors
- Dental microscopes, loupes, and lab machinery
- Ability to read/interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and service manuals.
- High-level communication and customer service abilities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle
