Job Summary
Perform engineering tasks as required to ensure proper system operability and completion of assigned projects or work orders in a timely manner.

Provide remote troubleshooting support for customers as required.

Duties And Responsibilites
- Maintain Hoffman standard engineering practices
- Maintain industry technical knowledge
- Engineering/Programming as required
- Onsite Big Picture Tasks as required
- Limited travel as required
- Remote troubleshooting support as required
- Provide Consistent and Clear Communications and Mentoring as required (Supervisor, Service Coordinator, Account Manager, Project Manager, Technicians and Customers)
Skills And Abilities
- Knowledge of HVAC DDC Control Theory & Applications
- Proficient with Alerton/Tridium Programming
- Experience with electronics and electrical circuits
- Strong troubleshooting skills
