Role Overview
Service Engineer responsible for air compressor maintenance, diagnostics, repair, client service, and service business support.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on oil-injected and oil-free air compressors.
- Troubleshoot compressor malfunctions, identify possible causes, and complete repairs based on diagnostics.
- Maintain, overhaul, and repair reciprocating, rotary, and other air compressors.
- Work on electrical panels, LT motors, and air-end overhauls.
- Follow proper safety procedures and use personal protective equipment.
- Provide value-added client services and coordinate with senior management.
- Maintain client relationships, follow up on accounts, and provide product performance feedback.
- Assist the Service Manager with business operations and achieve the agreed revenue budget.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical experience.
- Expertise in maintenance, overhaul, and repair of various air compressors.
- Experience with electrical panels, LT motors, and air-end overhauls.
- Commitment to safety procedures and correct PPE use.
