Job Overview
The Service Engineer travels to customer locations for machine installations, service support, and complaint resolution.
The role combines technical problem-solving, customer relationship management, and professional representation of the company.
Qualifications
- The role requires 1–3 years of experience.
- Eligible qualifications include a Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics.
- The candidate must have an own two-wheeler and a valid licence.
Customer Support & Communication
- Assist customers in operating machines and using company services.
- Communicate professionally by phone, email, or in person.
- Provide technical advice and explain maintenance procedures.
- Encourage customers to opt for Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Problem Resolution
- Diagnose service issues thoroughly, identify root causes, and help prevent recurrence.
- Aim to resolve service tickets within 24 hours.
- Resolve issues remotely or over the phone when possible.
