This is a part-time remote role for a Service Desk Analyst.
The role involves delivering technical support and troubleshooting solutions for end-users, addressing customer service inquiries, and resolving system-related issues.
The Service Desk Analyst will also provide excellent customer support, ensuring user satisfaction and efficient resolution of problems while maintaining accurate records of interactions and support activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve software or hardware issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and identify technical problems effectively
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to manage user inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in a service desk or IT support role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of agriculture-related technologies is a plus
