Role Description

  • Part time, hybrid Service Delivery Manager role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home days.
  • Oversee day to day service operations, ensuring agreed service levels are met and processes run efficiently.
  • Monitor performance metrics, coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve service related issues.
  • Work closely with customers to understand expectations, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Document procedures, report on service performance, and contribute to best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery skills.
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (such as ITIL).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in a service focused or client facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
