Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day service operations, ensuring that agreed service levels are met and processes run efficiently.
- Monitor performance metrics, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and resolve service related issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with customers or client teams to understand their expectations, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvements in service quality.
- Document procedures, report on service performance, and contribute to best practices that support consistent, reliable delivery.
Requirements
- Strong Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery skills, with experience overseeing end to end service operations and meeting service level agreements.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices, including managing feedback, handling escalations, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (such as ITIL) to support structured, repeatable service processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Prior experience in a service focused or client facing role, preferably within technology, operations, or professional services.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing demands in a fast paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
