We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality technology and business services in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong service leader who can manage operational performance, strengthen client relationships, improve service quality and lead teams toward consistent, measurable results. 🚀

🔹 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Own end-to-end service delivery and operational performance

✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

✅ Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, service quality and performance targets

✅ Lead service reviews, performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Coordinate incident, problem and change management activities

✅ Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

✅ Ensure timely resolution of service issues and escalations

✅ Work closely with IT, Engineering, Support and Business teams

✅ Manage service providers, vendors and third-party partners

✅ Drive process optimization, automation and service efficiency

✅ Lead, mentor and develop high-performing service delivery teams

🔹 QUALIFICATIONS

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management or a related field

💼 7+ years of experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations or a related environment

📊 Strong understanding of ITIL, SLA management and service governance

💻 Experience with ITSM platforms and service management tools

🤝 Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills

🧠 Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

👥 Proven experience leading cross-functional teams

🌍 UAE / GCC experience is an advantage

🏆 ITIL certification or relevant professional certification is a plus
