- Liaise with customers to ensure timely service delivery

- Raise system requests for AirCover and breakdown servicing
- Allocate jobs with the Regional Service Coordinator
- Manage incoming enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
- Create and update contracts/agreements in the system
- Support Regional Service Managers with service issues and reporting
- Act as first point of contact for service customers
- Provide back up support during coordinator absences
- Contribute to a safe working environment through risk assessments and correct equipment use
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident with SAP, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, and databases
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise, multitask, and work independently
- Analytical, proactive, and solutions focused
- Experience in a Customer Care Centre is beneficial
