Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for service requests, maintenance, installations, and repairs
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency requests
- Assign jobs to technicians, monitor progress, and ensure timely service delivery
- Follow up on service tickets and customer satisfaction after completion
- Prepare service reports, job cards, maintenance schedules, and related documentation
- Manage warranty claims, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and service records
- Ensure service response times and SLAs are met
- Maintain customer information, service history, sales records, and service tickets in the CRM system
- Track pending requests, customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
- Generate service and sales reports and maintain an accurate customer and contract database
- Assist with quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Follow up on quotations and sales inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or sales administration
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Job Overview
