You will look after 5 fire brigades primarily through an online helpdesk, where firefighters and managers within the brigade can log various types of enquiries and requests related to their PPE Administration and maintenance of firefighter PPE records through the SAP system Handling a variety of telephone queries including emergency callouts Coordinating deliveries of PPE packs for new recruits, training courses, exchanges, and emergency orders Accurately recording key activities in a monthly KPI pack and preparing this for sign-off Acting as a primary point of contact between the customers and the internal teams Qualifications Great communication skills and a confident telephone manner Positive attitude towards solving a variety of complex queries in a fast-paced role Computer-literate, particularly with Excel and Outlook Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure #LI-RD1 #LI-Remote
