Role Overview
Manage day-to-day after-sales service operations as a Service Coordinator.
Coordinate technicians, customer cases, parts, vendors, and service closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and coordinate daily service calls with technicians.
- Monitor open calls and ensure follow-up and closure within TAT or SLA.
- Maintain service records and updates in ERP and CRM systems.
- Coordinate spare-parts forecasting, ordering, requirements, and consumption.
- Communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare customer quotations and follow up for approvals.
- Follow up on pending cases, parts, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily service, pending-call, and vendor reports.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate critical cases when required.
- Coordinate between Customer Service, Technical, Parts, and Vendor teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous service coordination, customer service, or after-sales service experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP or CRM systems and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service calls and priorities.
