Role Description

  • The Service Coordinator is a full time, on site role responsible for organizing and overseeing printer service activities.
  • Scheduling and tracking service calls, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Communicating regularly with customers to confirm service requirements, provide status updates, and address inquiries.
  • Maintaining service records, monitoring inventory of consumables and spare parts.
  • Collaborating with operations and sales teams to support smooth service delivery.
  • Identifying recurring issues, helping optimize service processes, and contributing to positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Service Coordination skills with ability to schedule, prioritize, and track multiple service requests.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
  • Experience in Operations Management or service operations, preferably in technical or equipment based environments.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with focus on responsiveness, problem solving, and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Basic understanding of office and production printers or willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in using office software and service management tools.
  • Ability to work on site in the United Arab Emirates and manage tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business, operations, or related field is preferred.
