Role Description
- The Service Coordinator is a part time remote role responsible for supporting the smooth operation of community activities and member services.
- This role includes coordinating online events and presentations, assisting members with inquiries, and ensuring timely communication about sessions, resources, and updates.
- The Service Coordinator will help manage member onboarding, maintain basic records related to participation, and support any partner or sponsorship interactions.
- The role also involves gathering feedback from participants, identifying service improvements, and collaborating with organizers to enhance the overall member experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and basic Finance awareness to track participation data and support simple budgeting or reporting tasks.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to respond to member inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain a professional, inclusive tone.
