What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a service, maintenance, transportation, manufacturing, fleet, automotive, heavy equipment, or related environment.
Experience leading technical or skilled trades employees.
Proven ability to manage operational performance and business results.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience launching or expanding a new facility, operation, or service location.
Knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance, commercial transportation, transit, coach, truck, or related industries.
Experience with warranty operations, service centres, field service organizations, or repair facilities.
Post-secondary education in business, operations, engineering, transportation, or a related discipline.
Trades certification or technical background considered an asset.
