About The Chancery Rosewood
The Chancery Rosewood is a luxury hotel in Mayfair housed in the former U.S. Embassy.
The hotel includes 144 suites, dining and bar spaces, and curated guest experiences.
Role overview
The Service Centre Associate is the voice of The Chancery Rosewood and connects guests with hotel departments.
The role handles telephone, digital and internal communications with warmth, clarity and precise efficiency.
The role involves anticipating guest needs, taking ownership and ensuring requests are resolved promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests across telephone, digital and internal channels.
- Own guest requests from initial contact through resolution and follow up proactively.
- Record and communicate guest preferences and requests to relevant departments.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rooms, dining, wellness facilities, promotions and experiences.
- Handle guest concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate communication between departments.
- Uphold Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand Standards.
