Data and Reporting
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records of service-related activities.
- Review, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service center reports.
- Monitor service center KPIs and identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement areas.
- Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Review service center case updates and verify that system information is correctly recorded.
- Conduct data analysis and provide operational insights to support decision-making.
Inventory and Operations
- Coordinate with service centers to support reporting standards and operational procedures.
- Perform physical stock handling, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
- Support inventory audits and align physical stock with system records.
- Monitor spare parts movement, stock availability, and inventory accuracy.
- Support daily operational activities in line with company policies and service standards.
Administration and Coordination
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to complete assigned tasks and reporting requirements on time.
Requirements
- Ability to perform accurate daily data entry and maintain service-related records.

- Proficiency with Excel for management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
