Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Home Appliances Service Center
- Coordinate field service activities and manage technician schedules

- Drive operational excellence across warranty and after sales service operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Business Management
- 2–5 years of experience in home appliance after sales/service operations
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, cooking ranges, and other home appliances
- Experience with ERP or Service Management Systems is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
- Preference will be given to candidates from Arabic speaking nationalities currently residing in Qatar
