About the Role
Accure Medical is seeking an experienced Service and Application Engineer for ventilators and anaesthesia workstations.
The role covers installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, application support, and customer training for critical-care equipment.
The position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, according to the description.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, inspect, and maintain ventilators and anaesthesia workstations at customer sites.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and software-related equipment issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and performance checks.
- Handle breakdown calls and provide technical support to hospitals, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical or application training for doctors, anaesthetists, nurses, and biomedical engineers.
- Support customers with equipment operation, configuration, and application.
- Maintain service reports, installation reports, maintenance records, and equipment histories.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, quality, and sales teams on technical issues and product improvements.
- Assist with product evaluation, field-complaint troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Support dealers and distributors, guide junior service engineers, and travel to customer locations.
