Role Overview
Provide technical service and application support for industrial machinery supplied by Dynotech Instruments.
Work directly on machines and handle customer-site technical activities independently.
Support equipment from manufacturers including Trotec Laser, Aconity3D, OpTek Systems, and other principal companies.
Key Requirement
- Hands-on experience is required in installing, commissioning, maintaining, aligning, troubleshooting, and servicing industrial machinery.
- Experience with laser systems, optics, automation, CNC or motion systems is preferred.
- The role involves direct machine work and independent customer-site technical activities.
Installation and Commissioning
- Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
- Complete machine unpacking, mechanical installation, electrical connections, and initial system checks.
- Configure machine software, communication interfaces, and system parameters.
- Perform focusing, calibration, functional verification, and installation acceptance tests.
- Verify laser operation, safety interlocks, exhaust systems, and other machine safety features.
