Service and Installation Technician

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, technically oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service and Installation Technician .

The successful candidate will play an important role in serving our customers by providing elevated services and support during the service steps of their journey with our products and services.

We are looking into individuals to be part of the La Cuisine family.

• Provide on-site (customer homes) high-quality repair services, maintenance, installations, and pre-installation visits
• Effectively diagnose appliance problems and provide repair, installing new parts
• Evaluate parts breakdown (Exploded View) to order parts via Spare Parts Department
• Control spare parts truck stock and
• Maintain complete service job reports, fulfilling all Corporate Guidelines, for all jobs provided
• To work with our customer service team to schedule services and close all jobs scheduled
• Create technical reports for specific cases whenever required by management
• Participate in Corporate and Manufacturers in-person Trainings (Locally or internationally) twice a year
