EXO Exclusive Auto Care seeks an experienced professional to serve as Service Advisor, Sales Executive, and Floor Supervisor. The role involves customer service, sales, and overseeing workshop operations for luxury vehicle detailing and protection services.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service requirements
- Explain detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, wrapping, polishing, and protection packages
- Prepare quotations, job cards, invoices, and service documentation
- Provide customers with accurate timelines and service updates
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after sales follow up
- Convert walk in customers, phone inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and online leads into bookings
- Upsell premium services and vehicle protection packages
- Supervise technicians, detailers, PPF installers, and wrapping staff
- Monitor workflow, quality standards, and vehicle delivery schedules
- Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle handover
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of automotive services (PPF, detailing, painting, etc.)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- EXO Exclusive Auto Care is a premium automotive detailing and protection studio specializing in PPF, Ceramic Coating, Window Tinting, Color Change Wraps, Paint Correction, and Luxury Vehicle Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service requirements.
- Explain detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, wrapping, polishing, and protection packages.
- Prepare quotations, job cards, invoices, and service documentation.
- Provide customers with accurate timelines and service updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after sales follow up.
- Convert walk in customers, phone inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and online leads into bookings.
- Upsell premium services and vehicle protection packages.
- Build and maintain long term customer relationships.
- Promote seasonal offers and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Supervise technicians, detailers, PPF installers, and wrapping staff.
- Monitor workflow, quality standards, and vehicle delivery schedules.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry (mandatory)
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of automotive services (PPF, detailing, painting, etc.)
- Strong problem solving and customer handling skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking is a plus
