Role Purpose

  • Facilitate service operations to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and productivity targets.

Key Activities

  • Carrying out pre acceptance inspection and recording results.
  • Ensuring satisfactory repairs as per customer demands.
  • Discussing work details, estimated cost, and delivery time.
  • Assisting in achieving GDI and increasing customer retention.
  • Communicating repair progress and obtaining approval for additional parts.
  • Following up on spare parts with Parts Department.
  • Conducting post service follow up for complaints.
  • Improving customer confidence by adhering to service standards.
  • Monitoring Job Controller data entry.
  • Ensuring repairs done as per customer request.
  • Ensuring Chief Technician complies with quality control policy.
