About the Role
Quick Service Auto Repairing is seeking a Service Advisor for its workshop in Al Quoz, Dubai. You will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, handling service requests, estimates, and coordination.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
- Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and document service requests clearly
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended services
- Coordinate with mechanics and schedule appointments
- Ensure timely updates to customers throughout the service process
- Manage job cards, review completed work, and assist with invoicing
- Handle aftersales follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and contribute to a smooth workflow
Requirements
- Strong customer focused service mindset with proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication
- Experience in Aftersales activities, such as follow up calls and feedback handling
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive workshop or dealership is preferred
- Basic technical understanding of automotive systems
- Ability to work on site in a fast paced environment and manage multiple jobs
- Proficiency in using workshop management or invoicing software and standard office applications
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- High school diploma required; vocational or technical training in automotive or business is beneficial

- Quick Service Auto Repairing is a state of the art auto repair workshop in Al Quoz, Dubai, specializing in comprehensive car repair and maintenance services.
- The team consists of experienced mechanics skilled in engine work, brake systems, air conditioning, electrical diagnostics, and general mechanical repairs.
- The workshop serves all types of vehicles, with specialized staff for European and German cars, and offers auto body work, denting, painting, tyre fixing, and wheel alignment.
Role Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop.
- Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and document service requests clearly and accurately.
- Prepare repair estimates, explain recommended services, and coordinate with mechanics.
- Schedule appointments and ensure timely updates to customers throughout the service process.
- Manage job cards, review completed work, assist with invoicing, and handle aftersales follow up.
- Maintain a customer focused environment, resolve concerns promptly, and contribute to a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
