Job Purpose

  • At Deira Central Motors, we pride ourselves on offering 'agency standard' service without the dealership price tag.
  • The Service Advisor is the face of our workshop. You will manage the entire customer journey—from the initial greeting near the Abu Bakr Al Siddique Metro station to vehicle delivery.
  • Your role is to build trust, communicate clearly with a multicultural clientele, and ensure our multi brand workshop operates smoothly and profitably.

Core Responsibilities at DCM

  • Customer Consultation & Intake: Greet customers in our lounge, listen to vehicle complaints, and document precise details for our multi brand technicians. Manage bookings coming via WhatsApp, calls, or walk ins.
  • Coordinate Pickup & Delivery: Oversee our complimentary vehicle pickup and delivery service, ensuring drivers are dispatched efficiently and customers are kept informed of transit times.
  • Accurate Diagnosis Translation: Work closely with workshop mechanics to translate technical issues into simple, honest explanations for the customer.
  • Job Estimations & Upselling: Create accurate quotes for parts and labor using genuine or OEM quality components. Confidently recommend essential periodic maintenance (5k/10k KM services) and premium lubricants like TotalEnergies and BG Engine Flush.
  • Multi Lingual Client Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse Dubai demographic, handle unexpected repair costs gracefully, and maintain a high Google Review rating for the workshop.
  • Invoicing & Handover: Complete repair orders (ROs), handle credit card/cash payments, explain the warranty on parts/labor, and hand over a clean, road ready vehicle on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Strong command of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog is highly preferred.
  • UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driver's license with a clean traffic record is highly preferred.

Professional Experience

  • Multi Brand Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the UAE, preferable if in a reputable independent multi brand garage handling both daily commuters (Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai) and premium brands (Mercedes, BMW, Audi).
  • GCC Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with how the harsh UAE summer affects vehicles (AC compressors, cooling systems, battery drainage, window tints, and rubber moldings).
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with modern shop management software, inventory systems, and standard WhatsApp Business communication.
