Responsibilities
- Ability to explain the repair issues with customers related to his/her cars

- Ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and Management
- Ability to prepare LPO related to parts, Invoice preparation, Inventory
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Understanding of vehicle computer diagnostic
Qualifications, Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Service Advisor, Customer Service.
- Diploma or any graduate with automotive service experience
- Ability to use MS Office, ERP, SAP and/or Oracle.
- Proficiency with industry-specific software, excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
