Responsibilities

  • Ability to explain the repair issues with customers related to his/her cars
  • Handle customer queries
  • Work with customers to prioritize repairs
  • Responsible for managing the service process from start to finish
  • Responsible for ensuring customer received feedback about his /her vehicles under maintenance
  • Responsible for opening and closing job card
  • Ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and Management
  • Ability to prepare LPO related to parts, Invoice preparation, Inventory
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
  • Understanding of vehicle computer diagnostic

Qualifications, Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Service Advisor, Customer Service.
  • Diploma or any graduate with automotive service experience
  • Ability to use MS Office, ERP, SAP and/or Oracle.
  • Proficiency with industry-specific software, excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
