We Are Hiring: Service Advisor \| D Luxe Car Care – Dubai
D Luxe Car Care is looking for a customer-focused and experienced Service Advisor to join our service center team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements
Provide accurate estimates for repairs, maintenance, and services
Open job cards and explain work details clearly to customers
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service
Follow up on job progress and keep customers updated
Upsell additional services when required
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction
Ensure proper documentation and invoicing
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive service center
Strong communication and customer service skills
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
Good technical knowledge of vehicles and repair processes
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customers
Computer literacy and experience with job card systems
