Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles with customers and record reported issues accurately.
- Prepare job cards and provide details of required services or repairs.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to assign and complete jobs.
- Provide updates on repair progress, estimated completion times, and additional work requirements.
- Prepare service quotations and obtain customer approval before additional repairs.
- Explain completed repairs, replaced parts, and service charges.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and complete all required documents.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Follow up regarding pending repairs, service schedules, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate service orders, customer details, and vehicle history records.
- Ensure compliance with workshop procedures, safety standards, and customer service policies.
Compensation
- Pay is listed at AED 2,441.74 to AED 7,121.56 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
