Quick Service Auto Repairing is an automotive repair workshop in Al Quoz, Dubai.
The workshop provides engine, brake, air-conditioning, electrical diagnostic, mechanical, body, denting, painting, tyre, and wheel alignment services.
The team serves all types of vehicles, including European and German cars, with a focus on reliable service, quality workmanship, fast turnaround, and customer care.
Role Description
The Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop.
The role requires a customer-focused approach and contribution to a smooth, efficient workshop workflow.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand vehicle concerns, and document service requests accurately.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended services and repairs.
- Coordinate with mechanics and schedule customer appointments.
- Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process.
- Manage job cards, review completed work, and assist with invoicing.
- Conduct aftersales follow-up and support customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain a customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service and customer satisfaction experience is required.
- Clear verbal and written communication with customers and workshop teams is required.
- Aftersales experience, including follow-up calls, feedback handling, and service retention, is required.
- Basic technical understanding of automotive systems is required.
- Workshop management or invoicing software and standard office application proficiency is required.
- A good command of English and a high school diploma are required.
- Previous Service Advisor or similar automotive workshop experience is preferred.
- Vocational or technical training in automotive or business-related fields is beneficial.
- Additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
