Move a Node.js application with a SQLite database from a local machine to a properly configured cloud VPS.

The application supports warehouse, logistics, and accounting operations and is intended for secure internet access by the team and future customers.

This is a one-time setup project rather than an ongoing role; occasional later maintenance is not guaranteed or included.

The application uses Node.js, Express, and SQLite through better-sqlite3.
The frontend is a single HTML file and does not require React, Vue, or a webpack build step.
A small server with approximately 1–2GB RAM, 1 vCPU, and 25GB disk is expected to be sufficient.
Containerization is not required unless there is a strong technical reason to recommend it.

Recommend and configure a suitable VPS, with DigitalOcean, Vultr, or Linode preferred unless another option is justified.
Select a data center region close to the UAE, such as Frankfurt or Bangalore, or provide a better-supported recommendation.
Configure SSH key-only access, a non-root user, and a firewall restricted to necessary ports.
