About the role
The Food & Beverage Server provid es exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests . In this role, you will be tasked with provid ing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options ; and delivering memorable guest experiences .
What you will do
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction ; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests .
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
