Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide prompt service at tables.
• Serve food and beverages and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Answer menu questions and respond to special guest requests.
• Enter transactions accurately and promptly in the MICROS system.
• Check guest satisfaction with each dish and beverage.
• Clear tables, complete closing duties, and reset tableware and supplies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach are required.
• A positive attitude and outgoing personality are expected.
• Previous serving experience is an important advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.

Physical and Workplace Requirements

• The role requires lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds (11 kilograms).
• The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
