Server Engineer (on-site) (No Relocation)

The Server Engineer, reporting to the Senior Director of Information Services, is responsible for the expert architectural design, implementation, and advanced engineering of the organization’s critical, multi-platform server infrastructure.

This role shifts focus from routine maintenance to the strategic lifecycle management of Dell and HP hardware, Windows and Linux operating systems, and complex virtualization stacks including VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.

The Engineer ensures the robust operation and scalability of core enterprise services—including Windows Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP—while engineering high-availability and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

This position requires a security-first engineering mindset to maintain strict HIPAA compliance and requires mandatory on-site attendance to support physical infrastructure.

• Infrastructure Engineering & Design: Lead the architectural design and deployment of enterprise-grade server solutions, focusing on scalability, high availability, and performance optimization across Dell PowerEdge and HP ProLiant platforms.
• Advanced Virtualization Engineering: Architect and optimize virtualized environments utilizing both VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V, ensuring efficient resource allocation and seamless multi-hypervisor integration.
