The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to guests.
The role provides expertly served beverage and dining experiences, anticipates guest needs, uses menu expertise, and delivers memorable guest experiences.
What You Will Do
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to concerns and requests.
- Assist in providing an expertly served dining experience according to standards.
- Clear and reset tables neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specifications.
- Work as an essential member of the Food & Beverage team.
What You Bring
- Have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
- Have a high level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English is required.
- Arabic language proficiency is an asset.
- A degree or diploma in hotel management is preferred.
- A background or experience in a luxury resort or hotel is advantageous.
