Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to guest requests.
- Explain menu items and answer basic questions about food and beverages.
- Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain proper hygiene and grooming standards.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow service, hygiene, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or café is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are required.
- Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene are required.
- Candidates must be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
