About the Role
The Server reports to the Support Services Manager and/or designate and performs all aspects of service in the dining room, resident lounges and room service for residents, guests, and the public. The Server provides quality customer service to all persons served as relates to the culinary experience at our communities.
Responsibilities
- Include but not limited to:
- Be an engaged collaborative team player, developing and maintaining professional relationships that support and strengthen the organizational culture and purpose.
- Prepares dining room for all services which includes; setting tables, stocking necessary items, assisting the preparation, presentation and serving of food and beverages.
- Carries out general cleaning duties in the dining room which includes; clearing and bussing tables, scrapping and at times washing dishes while following the company’s Infection Protection and Control guidelines.
- Establish and maintain an atmosphere conducive to pleasant dining by creating an environment which maintains the happiness, self-respect, general dignity and physical safety of each resident.
