About The Position
The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the front-of-house team, assisting servers in providing exceptional service to our guests. The Server Assistant plays a key role in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable dining experience. Hunter is Concorde Group’s newest venture—an exciting opportunity for those eager to build new relationships and be part of opening a brand-new restaurant. If you thrive in dynamic environments and want to help shape something from the ground up, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
- Help servers by delivering food, beverages, and other items to guest tables in a timely and efficient manner as needed.
- Clear used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables promptly, and reset tables for new guests with clean linens, utensils, and condiments.
- Bus tables and assist in the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including assisting in washing dishes or cleaning work areas when necessary.
