The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to guests.
The role delivers expertly served beverage or dining experiences, anticipates guest needs, and provides expert guidance on menu options.
What You Will Do
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to concerns and requests.
- Serve beverages and dining experiences expertly using knowledge of menu options.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
- Clear and reset tables neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specifications.
- Contribute to exceptional quality and service as an essential Food & Beverage team member.
What You Bring
- Bring an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
- Have a high level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English is required.
- A degree or diploma in hotel management is preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is an asset.
- A luxury resort or hotel background is considered an asset.
- Luxury resort or hotel experience is an advantage.
Schedule
- The role requires availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
