Capturing orders for concrete products, ensuring accurate entry into our system

Partnering with Allocators and Production staff to understand and deliver status updates to customers

Resolving a variety of customer queries and escalating to internal departments as required

Permanent Full-Time opportunity

Rotating roster: 8 hours shift from Monday to Friday + overtime + biweekly Saturday
