- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on traffic, leads, and conversions
- Achieve and maintain top rankings for high intent keywords
- Perform in depth keyword research, competitor analysis & gap analysis
- Optimize on page SEO (content, meta tags, internal linking, UX signals)
- Improve technical SEO (site speed, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals)
- Build and manage high quality backlinks & off page SEO
- Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
- Collaborate with content & marketing teams to create SEO driven content
- Optimize landing pages to increase inquiries, calls, and form submissions
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates & SEO best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with measurable results
- Strong understanding of search intent & lead driven SEO
- Hands on experience with keyword ranking improvement
- Knowledge of local SEO (UAE market is a big plus)
- Experience with eCommerce / B2B websites preferred
- Ability to convert traffic into real business leads
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
