Our core area of expertise lies in performance marketing, marketing automation, SEO, data & development, and we are now leading the charge on AI-native search strategies in the MENA region.

Role Description

We are looking for a talented SEO Manager to join our growing team, with proven experience managing SEO strategies across medium to large client accounts spanning multiple verticals.

You will own our clients' organic presence — from traditional search to the rapidly evolving world of LLM-driven discovery and AI-generated answers.

As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end SEO strategies — technical, on-page, and off-page.

While staying at the forefront of modern search behaviour, including how brands are discovered and cited by large language models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews.

Ultimately, you will contribute to client business growth and agency reputation by building measurable organic impact across the MENA region and beyond.

Responsibilities

1.

Own the full SEO strategy — technical, on-page, and off-page — across your client portfolio, ensuring client KPIs and organic growth targets are achieved consistently.

2.

Lead the agency's GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) practice: develop and execute strategies to ensure client brands are cited and referenced by LLMs including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini.

3.

Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, DataForSEO, etc.) to automate SEO workflows — content gap analysis, keyword clustering, technical audits, and reporting — improving team output and client impact.

4.

Develop and manage a team of SEO executives, building operational efficiency while you drive strategy, client relationships, and thought leadership across accounts.

5.

Conduct deep technical SEO audits and translate findings into clear, prioritised roadmaps that client teams and developers can action immediately.

6.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive problem solving, and a genuine client-partner mindset.

7.

Monitor and adapt to evolving search behaviour — including zero-click results, AI-generated answers, and conversational search — ensuring client content strategies remain ahead of the curve.

8.

Develop entity authority and structured data strategies to improve brand visibility in both traditional SERPs and AI-generated responses.

9.

Own media forecasting, opportunity sizing, and ROI reporting for organic channels — ensuring clients always understand the business value of SEO investment.

10.

Stay at the cutting edge of the SEO and AI landscape — sharing knowledge across the agency and positioning SellThru as a leader in next-generation search.

What We'Re Looking For

1. 5+ years of SEO experience in an agency or client-side role, with a track record of delivering measurable organic growth across multiple industries.

2.

Deep familiarity with modern SEO tooling: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush, DataForSEO, and at least one AI-native SEO tool.

3.

Practical understanding of how LLMs rank and surface content — including prompt structures, entity recognition, citation patterns, and topical authority signals.

4.

Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate SEO work — from content production and briefs to technical audits and reporting automation.

5.

Strong grasp of technical SEO fundamentals: crawl architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, log file analysis, and JavaScript rendering.

6.

Understanding of the MENA search landscape, including Arabic language SEO, multilingual strategies, and regional SERP behaviour (preferred).

7.

Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex SEO concepts into business outcomes for senior client stakeholders.

8.

A self-starter with a positive, high-ownership mindset who pushes the team to operate at the highest level.
