Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with organizational objectives and digital marketing goals.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, technical SEO, on page content, metadata, internal linking, and site performance for improved search visibility.
- Collaborate with content, web development, UX/UI, product, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices across digital assets.
- Monitor website performance, search rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and key SEO performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage technical SEO audits, crawl analysis, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and website health improvements.
- Develop content optimization strategies that improve search visibility, user engagement, and organic conversions.
- Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms to monitor and optimize performance.
- Stay informed on search engine algorithm updates, emerging SEO trends, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare SEO reports, dashboards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certifications in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO, Digital Marketing, or equivalent (advantageous)
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content optimization, or search marketing roles
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise SEO strategies, digital marketing projects, or SEO teams (preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on page SEO, off page SEO, keyword research, link building strategies, and search engine algorithms
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, CMS platforms, and SEO reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into measurable SEO improvements
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
