About the Role

  • We're looking for a technically sharp SEO Executive to join the Sandstorm Digital team in Dubai.
  • You'll be client facing from day one, managing technical SEO delivery across a portfolio of accounts while contributing to a practice at the intersection of search, AI visibility, and performance marketing.
  • You'll bring technical rigor to every account you touch from crawl health and schema to site architecture and page speed.

What You'll Do

  • Own on page and technical SEO execution across a portfolio of clients.
  • Conduct site audits, resolve crawl and indexation issues, and drive Core Web Vitals improvements.
  • Build and manage structured data, schema markup, and internal linking strategies.
  • Run keyword research and content gap analysis in both English and Arabic.
  • Serve as the primary SEO point of contact for clients: performance reviews, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content and PPC teams to ensure organic strategy is aligned with wider campaign goals.
  • Monitor AI search visibility signals and contribute to the agency's AEO and GEO practice.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 3 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency setting.
  • Hands on with tools including Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, site architecture, and page speed fundamentals.
  • Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations directly to clients.
  • Curious about AI search, large language models, and how they are reshaping organic discoverability.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Based in Dubai or able to relocate.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEO.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce SEO, especially in GCC retail or real estate contexts.
  • Exposure to answer engine optimization (AEO) or generative engine optimization (GEO).
  • Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
