Requirements

- Strong written English
- Comfortable creating video content and appearing on camera
- Based in Dubai or able to work on site
- Organized and self driven
- Arabic bilingual (nice to have)
- Basic video editing (nice to have)

- Runs two brands: Sham Tech (B2B) and Dotinks (consumer).
The Role
- Looking for a focused, hands on marketer to own SEO and content.
- Build and grow role: improve rankings, write content, create for channels.
What You'll Do
- Own on page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, linking.
- Conduct keyword research and turn opportunities into content plan.
- Keep site healthy: fix issues, improve structure, monitor rankings.
- Write and publish SEO optimized blog posts and product content.
- Script, shoot, and help produce short form video content.
- Plan and publish social posts, stories, and reels.
- Help run WhatsApp campaigns and set up WhatsApp AI assistant.
What We're Looking For
- Portfolio proving real results (ranked pages, content performance, account growth).
- Solid hands on SEO and content marketing experience (2+ years preferred).
- Strong written English.
- Comfortable creating video content and appearing on camera.
- Organized, self driven, quick to learn new tools.
- Based in Dubai or able to work on site.
- Nice to have: Arabic + English bilingual, basic video editing, familiarity with Ubersuggest, Google Search Console.
