About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, write, and optimize engaging tour descriptions and related content to improve organic search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and implement SEO best practices across tour pages and destination content.
  • Optimize on page SEO elements, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and structured content.
  • Create destination and experience focused content that enhances the discoverability of our tours through search engines.
  • Manage and maintain tour listings across OTA platforms, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform requirements.
  • Update product information, itineraries, inclusions, pricing details, and operational changes across websites and reseller channels.
  • Monitor the performance of tour listings and recommend improvements to increase visibility, engagement, and bookings.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure all content reflects the latest offerings and brand standards.
  • Stay informed about SEO developments, OTA trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve performance.

What You Bring

  • Experience in SEO content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Familiarity with managing product listings on OTA platforms such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia, Klook, or similar marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, on page SEO principles, and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools to evaluate content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
