SEO, AI Search & Web Development Specialist

Role Overview

SEO and AI Search

• Develop SEO strategies covering traffic, rankings, leads, sales, keywords, competitors, search intent, and content gaps.
• Manage on-page and technical SEO, website performance, backlinks, rankings, traffic, conversions, and Core Web Vitals.
• Optimize websites for ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and other AI-search platforms.
• Develop GEO and LLM SEO strategies and strengthen entity signals, structured content, E-E-A-T, and brand authority.

Web Development and Maintenance

• Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Create landing pages, service pages, campaign pages, blogs, and product pages.
• Customize themes, layouts, templates, and plugins and make HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP changes.
• Manage integrations, backups, updates, migrations, staging environments, hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and security checks.
• Fix technical, layout, mobile display, and website errors and coordinate complex development when needed.

Analytics and Reporting

• Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Implement marketing tags including Meta Pixel, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and lead-form tracking.
• Create monthly reports covering rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, technical improvements, and AI-search visibility.
• Analyze website behavior, traffic drops, technical errors, indexing problems, and algorithm updates.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in SEO, technical SEO, website development, or a similar digital role is required.
• Strong WordPress experience and knowledge of WooCommerce and Shopify are required.
• Proven results improving organic traffic, rankings, leads, or online sales are required.
• Technical, local, on-page, off-page, content SEO, AI Search, LLM SEO, and GEO knowledge are required.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog is required.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, basic PHP, schema, structured data, hosting, DNS, SSL, backups, and security knowledge is required.
• A portfolio, live website examples, and SEO case studies are required.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE experience, agency experience, sector experience, page-builder skills, CRM integrations, multilingual SEO, and basic graphic design are preferred or advantageous.

Compensation

• The description states full-time employment and pay of AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
• A six-month probation period is stated.
