- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive views
- Lead platform performance tuning and optimization activities
- Support advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Mentor L1/L2 analysts and engineers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on platform enhancements and roadmap activities
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, and operational efficiency
