About the Role
Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. seeks a Senior Winder Operator to operate and monitor the Winder Machine in a tissue paper mill. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in winder/rewinder operations, a diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics, and skills in troubleshooting and machine operation.

Responsibilities
- Operate and set up the Winder Machine based on production orders
- Set knives and slitters according to required roll sizes and quality standards
- Monitor paper quality and reject defective paper
- Maintain required roll diameter and mark joints when necessary
- Support machine performance and overall equipment efficiency (OEE)
- Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance support when required
- Complete production reports, logbooks, and checklists
- Maintain housekeeping standards and participate in Lean Manufacturing & 5S activities
- Follow safety and environmental procedures at all times
- Support and guide junior operators when needed
